02 Oct WHY DO WE PREFER PLANT-DERIVED MILK TO ANIMAL-DERIVED MILK? PART 3

PART 3
.
How are dried milk Powders made
.
The first treatment milk undergoes is pasteurization
.
☠️Milk is heated to as high as 280 degrees and the purpose is to kill pathogens which is fantastic BUT
.
☠️Just like breast milk, animal milk is ALIVE- once heated the delicate proteins, enzymes, immunoglobulins, vitamins and minerals is damaged or denatured; rendering them inactive
.
☠️When animal milk is heated, the ability to work with our bodies is dramatically reduced;while it still MAY provide helpful nutrients and protein, it also harms our body at the same time
.
The heat
☠️Kills the Vitamin C naturally present in RAW MILK
.
☠️Converts the lactose into beta lactose, which is more rapidly absorbed thus raising blood glucose levels
.
☠️ Destroys some of the naturally occurring iodine
.
☠️Alters the Calcium into a form that is hard to absorb
.
☠️Denatures the natural enzymes potentially making it harder to digest
.
☠️Next step after pasteurization is homogenization which is meant to make the milk consistent so that the fat does not separate from the water
.
According to “Dairy Science and Technology,” the homogenization process
.
☠️Makes fat molecules small enough to bypass digestion
.
☠️Makes the milk’s natural hormones and the hormones that cows receive to produce more milk also bypass digestion
.
☠️As such;these hormones DIRECTLY interact with our body’s hormones leading to cancer and higher rates and severity of heart disease
.
☠️In concluding while these modern methods of milk processing may help keep us from falling ill with a nice and tasty outcome; it seems to produce MILK that is NUTRITIONALLY INFERIOR and increases the risk of high cholesterol : weight gain, high BP, and heart diseases
.
☠️We are told to take milk because of calcium; but after these processes; the calcium left is hard to absorb in our bodies 🤷🏻♀️ we could very well get this from other healthier sources
.
☠️Plant-derived milk sources which is a better alternative will be discussed next….
